Damascus inspired Finger Print Wedding Ring

What is more unique to you and your beloved but your very own finger prints? The Finger Print Wedding Ring design was inspired by
the age old technique of Damascus steel (used in swords and handcrafted knife blades). Damascus has various patterns in the metal which
can look similar to a finger print or wood grain.

Each of these rings is completely unique. My idea here is to take a finger print from your own finger and the finger of your partner.
I then combine these prints to create your own unique Damascus inspired Finger Print Ring. Each of your finger prints will be recognizable
in your finished ring.

If you are looking for a ring that combines something personal to both you and your partner, then this is the ring for you!

The Cremation Pendant has been designed to hold either ashes of a loved one, hair, a tooth, or any small personal object to keep as a momento.
One side of the pendant has a glass window so that the contents can be viewed, the second side has a piece of N.Z Greenstone (Pounamu) set into place.

The pendant can be worn either way so that either the glass viewing window, or the greenstone can be shown.
The idea here is that the pendant's contents can either be hidden or revealed to others. Either way this is a sentimental piece to be worn and kept close.

Welcome Back! You can now make purchases online!

As per the New Zealand's Government announcement, we will be moving down from a Level 4, to a Level 3
alert response as per Tuesday 28th April. This means you are now able to make purchases of my work online
and these pieces can be shipped out to you by Courier Post (within N.Z) as per usual from Tuesday 28th April onward.

For orders made outside of New Zealand, these items will be sent with N.Z Post International Courier as per usual.
There may be some delays once these items reach overseas waters due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Please check with your own countries postal systems to learn more.
If there is no lock down in place in your particular region then the delivery time should be as per usual.

Very cute. These sweet little Acorn Earrings both feature miniature acorns turned in oak.
The stud earrings feature miniature carved Oak Leaves designed to adorn the ear lobe, while the hook earrings feature the Acorns

Deer Teeth Ivory Necklace - One of a Kind

This is a special necklace I finished for a customer last week. 
This piece is crafted mainly in Sterling Silver with yellow gold highlights.
What makes this Necklace especially unique is I have incorporated Deer Teeth Ivory into the little Blueberries,

This is a limited Edition Collectors set consisting of a finely crafted Sterling Silver field mouse curled up amongst a pile of leaves
which has been crafted in Bronze. Engraved on the bottom of the Pile of leaves is the Edition Number.

The Tree of Life is stylised in this design with its branches, lush with leaves, wrapping themselves around the band.
The bark representing the tree trunk is carved into the background. Hand crafted in Sterling Silver.

Field Mouse Pendant:

The Field Mouse Pendant is crafted from Sterling Silver and is completely solid. 
There are two types of chain available from which the field mouse pendant could be suspended from.
The round belcher chain is a very classic chain design. This particular belcher chain and is a thicker, sturdier belche, chosen to support the weight of the pendant.
The second chain option is a lovely Wheat Chain which has a 'knitted' or 'weaved' appearance with a beautiful snake like movement.

Medieval Icon Ring.
This is my latest 'One of a Kind' piece which I finished making earlier this week for a local customer.
Designed and handcrafted with the customer in mind this is a truly unique piece. The central faces are handcarved and crafted
in Sterling Silver with the central frame, Skull and Cross crafted in 18ct yellow Gold for contrast. The ring also features x4 Black Diamonds.
This piece was a joy to make.

Thank you to all of you who purchased raffle tickets to go into the draw for the Black Mother of Pearl Bat Brooch.
The restricted number of tickets were all sold which means $500.- was raised to help the struggling native Bat populations
in the South Island of New Zealand.

The lucky ticket was drawn Tuesday evening 18th of March 2014 at the National Bat Conference in Rai Valley and was won by
Geoff Walls of Christchurch.

Marlborough’s remaining long-tailed bat population.

 Rebecca McKenzie-Watson: "The theme for the Wellington Fashion Week shoot was "International Fashion Weeks, and Wellington".  I used all WFW designers' current in-store stock to recreate some of the looks we had just seen for Fall 2012 on the runways of Milan, New York, London and Paris. Then I pulled together a consistent look for Wellington but gave it a local twist.  I wanted to dispel any lingering notion that NZ follows international trends rather than contributes to them."

Within the Wellington film industry there are hundreds of artists working collectively to create some of finest films made in the world.
â€quot;˜Unscriptedâ€quot;™#39; aims to profile these brilliant minds to present their talent as individuals, in mediums ranging from painting, illustration, jewellery, textiles, furniture, costume, sculpture and 3D animation and many more with over 100 artists involved.

"I have been working full time for the last year in the Wellington film industry. This is the first group show I have seen featuring some of the creative individuals involved in the film industry. Included in this exhibition will be three pieces of Steph lusted Jewellery including an articulated snake like necklace with movable elements, a large neckpiece made from bone like forms carved in silver and 'Precious Nature' a victorian inspired neckpiece where insects cast in resin become the jewels....
